• We are a leading telecom service provider, currently contracted with Spectrum and Ziply, committed to delivering top-notch underground infrastructure services. Our team is growing, and we are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join us as Underground Laborers.

• Job Description:

• As an Underground Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of underground telecom infrastructure. This role involves working in various outdoor environments and requires physical stamina and attention to detail. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation of underground telecom cables and equipment.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment.
• Dig trenches, lay conduit, and backfill excavations.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite.

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in underground construction or telecom services is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
