You'll make sure everything runs smoothly, fix any problems, and keep us connected without any interruptions. What you'll do Install, disconnect, reconnect, add, change, and troubleshoot fiber optic internet, and telephone based on guidelines Install, setup and configure all equipment Identify and try to remedy sources of customer-perceived issues Review all requested services with the customer in order to ensure understanding and agreement Educate the customer regarding product and service usage Clean, maintain, and stock vehicle and equipment Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/afterhours responsibilities as needed Perform work in all weather conditions Other duties as assigned What you'll need To be 18 years of age or older Authorization to work in the United States for this company High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience Valid State driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record Physical abilities & exposures
