Younity is looking for Low Voltage Technicians to join our rapidly growing Operations team. This role will report directly to our Director of Operations and will be responsible for executing and improving on our various structured wiring and telecom work. Younity delivers high-speed, reliable WiFi with simple setup to properties. We're expanding fast and looking for experienced technicians to grow with us. Responsibilities Installing cable management (conduit, ladders, racks, j-hooks, raceways) Pulling CAT6 cable in both retrofit and new construction environments Terminating RJ45 jacks and patch panels Installing telecom racks, rack accessories, and devices Experience and Qualifications 3+ years of experience in structured wiring or low voltage work Valid driver's license and OSHA 10 certificate required Skilled in core drilling and fire stopping Proficient installing conduit, including cutting and bending Comfortable running coax and ethernet wiring across multiple structural environments (drop ceilings, raceways, conduit, metal frames, wood frames, etc.) Familiar with digital multimeters and network cable testing Able to troubleshoot network wiring issues Experienced installing rack enclosures and rack devices, including cable management Able to read and work from floor plans and line diagrams Foreman or lead technician experience is a plus Fiber running, splicing, and termination experience is a plus Equal Opportunity Statement Younity is committed to creating an inclusive, diverse workplace.
