Position Summary Indiana Alarm is seeking a dependable, hands-on Temporary Low Voltage Technician / Installer Helper to assist our technicians with larger commercial and residential installation projects. This position will primarily focus on wire pulling, conduit installation, cable routing, jobsite preparation, and general assistance to lead technicians . The ideal candidate is comfortable working with hand tools, working on ladders and lifts when necessary, navigating construction sites, and performing physical work. Previous low-voltage, electrical, construction, or telecommunications experience is helpful but not required for the right candidate. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist lead technicians with commercial and residential low-voltage installation projects. Pull, route, label, and organize low-voltage cable and wire. Install and assist with conduit, raceway, cable tray, and other cable pathways . Drill, mount, and secure equipment and cable supports as directed. Assist with running cable through walls, ceilings, attics, crawl spaces, and other areas of a jobsite. Help prepare jobsites, tools, materials, and equipment for daily work. Assist technicians with installation of security, access control, fire alarm, video surveillance, and other low-voltage systems. Maintain clean and organized work areas and properly dispose of jobsite debris. Identify and communicate potential installation issues to the lead technician. Load, unload, transport, and organize tools and materials. Follow directions from lead technicians and installation management. Follow all company, jobsite, and safety requirements. Perform other installation-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous construction, electrical, low-voltage, telecommunications, or related experience is preferred but not required. Ability to use basic hand and power tools. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Ability to work in commercial and residential construction environments. Comfortable working from ladders and performing work above ceilings and in other confined or elevated areas. Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Must be willing to travel to various job sites throughout Indiana as needed. Position Details This is a temporary field position intended to provide installation support during larger commercial and residential projects. Pay:

$20.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 40.0 per week
