Job Overview Locally owned and respected 100 year plumbing company. Join our team where every member is respected and appreciated! Overtime available. We are seeking skilled and dedicated licensed / experienced plumbers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and industrial new construction plumbing. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. As a lead plumber, you will be responsible for installing new plumbing systems in new, clean commercial and industrial settings. Responsibilities Install complete plumbing systems in clean commercial and industrial settings. Read and relate plumbing plans to new installs. Perform as job lead in rough ins, fixture installation, gas lines, air lines, etc. Communicate with general contractors, crews, inspectors, and company staff. Adhere to all safety protocols. Collaborate with other tradespeople to coordinate and meet schedules. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times. Requirements Proven experience as a new construction commercial and industrial plumber. Excellent communication skills. Self-motivated, punctual, responsible, and professional. Must be able to work independently as well as professionally lead a crew. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. Must possess a valid driver's license.
