Job Description
Wire & Cable Harness Assembler We're looking for a detail-oriented Wire & Cable Harness Assembler to join our team! If you have experience building and assembling electrical wire harnesses and enjoy working in a quality-driven manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you. First shift 7AM -3:30PM Monday - Friday What You'll Do Build, assemble, and terminate wire and cable harnesses by following engineering drawings and work instructions. Cut, strip, crimp, solder, and label wires and cables. Perform electrical testing, including continuity, insulation resistance, and hipot testing. Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards. Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly drawings. Support engineering changes and first-article builds while maintaining accurate production documentation. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of experience in wire, cable, or harness assembly, electronics assembly, or a related manufacturing environment. Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly drawings. Experience using hand tools, crimping tools, and soldering equipment. Familiarity with
