Lead Low Voltage Technician
Lead Low Voltage Security TechnicianLocation:

- Lead and oversee low voltage security installations at commercial job sites.
- Supervise and direct field technicians while ensuring quality workmanship and safety standards.
- Install, terminate, troubleshoot, and service access control, CCTV, intrusion alarm, and other electronic security systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, system drawings, and installation documentation.
- Coordinate daily project activities to keep jobs on schedule.
- Troubleshoot installation issues and provide technical guidance to field teams.
- Ensure installations meet customer specifications and industry standards.
- Travel to various customer job sites throughout the region as needed.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience installing and servicing commercial low voltage security systems.
- Strong experience with access control, CCTV, intrusion alarms, and related electronic security systems.
- Previous Lead Technician or Crew Lead experience is preferred, with the ability to oversee projects and direct field personnel.
- Must be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of job sites.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be willing to travel to various job sites throughout DMV.
- Must live within 30 minutes of Millersville, MD. This is a non-negotiable requirement. Applicants residing more than 30 minutes away will not be considered.
