Use hand tools, power tools, wire strippers, wire crimpers, and cable cappers to prepare and secure cabling systems efficiently. Operate company vehicles safely while traveling to job sites for field service tasks involving telecommunications network cable installation. Troubleshoot network issues involving Ethernet, telephony systems, and low-voltage electrical components. Ensure all installations comply with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies through diligent equipment testing and inspection. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while providing excellent customer service by explaining system functions and resolving client concerns professionally. Preferred Skills Proven experience in network installation, fiber splicing, and telecommunications infrastructure work. Strong knowledge of computer networking principles including Ethernet wiring and telephony systems. Skilled in the use of hand tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, cable cutters, voltmeters, ohmmeters, and power tools. Ability to operate ladders safely for outdoor work at various heights; comfortable working in outdoor environments under different weather conditions. Mechanical aptitude with electrical experience related to low-voltage wiring and equipment testing procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely during field service activities.
