This position performs manual and automated ultra-high-pressure hydroblasting, industrial tank cleaning, heat exchanger cleaning, pipe cleaning, and vacuum truck operations at refineries, power plants, manufacturing facilities, and industrial sites throughout the Northwest. This is a physically demanding position requiring a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and willingness to travel. Previous industrial cleaning, hydroblasting, vacuum truck, refinery, or construction experience is preferred but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Responsibilities Perform manual hydroblasting using ultra-high-pressure water equipment up to 20,000 PSI. Operate automated hydroblasting equipment for cleaning: Heat exchangers Tube bundles Process piping Boilers Industrial vessels Clean clogged process piping and industrial systems. Perform industrial tank cleaning, including asphalt, petroleum, chemical, and process tanks. Operate vacuum trucks for industrial cleaning, sludge removal, and waste transfer. Set up hoses, pumps, tooling, automated lances, and support equipment. Inspect and maintain hydroblasting and vacuum equipment before and after each job. Follow confined space entry procedures and assist with confined space operations. Work safely around refineries, power plants, chemical plants, and industrial facilities. Complete daily inspection reports, job paperwork, and safety documentation. Participate in Job Safety Analyses (JSA), safety meetings, and pre-job planning. Assist with equipment maintenance and repairs. Maintain clean and organized trucks, trailers, and job sites. Travel throughout Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, Idaho, and surrounding states as required. Qualifications Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required). Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card. Industrial or construction experience preferred. Hydroblasting or vacuum truck experience is highly preferred. Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial equipment. Ability to lift 75 pounds repeatedly. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to work overtime, nights, weekends, and extended shifts during shutdowns and turnarounds. Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and site-specific safety requirements.
