Full Job Description Overview:

Location:
This position is 100% travel (Monday - Friday) with some weekend work. Some projects may require overnight installation. Key Responsibilities Install network data racks, equipment, and access points Run, pull, and terminate
CAT5/CAT6
ethernet cabling Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams for accurate installations Review site surveys and ensure proper execution of project scope Maintain clean, organized cable management on all installations Decommission and remove outdated cabling and equipment Complete required documentation and deliverables for each project Work both independently and as part of a team in the field Represent the company with professionalism, strong customer service, and integrity Required Qualifications 2+ years of structured cabling or network installation experience Experience terminating fiber, coax, and category cables High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Willingness to travel and complete overnight installations Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable driving panel vans and transporting equipment Ability to work from lifts when required Own basic networking tools (punch tool, scissors, push rods, drill) Reliable transportation and smartphone with active plan Technical & Professional Skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and learning internal systems Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, changing environments Rate of pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Hourly rate will be commensurate with experience level

Non-Exempt Start Date:
1 - 2 weeks from the application screening process.
Employment Type:
This position begins as a 1099 role, with the possibility of conversion to a W-2 employee based on performance and business needs.
