Low Voltage Technician Description NYC Based Security/ Low Voltage company looking to hire for immediate full-time employment Working in New Jersey. Day to day task will involve wire pulling, wire terminations, use of ladders, power tools and various hand tools plus driving company vehicle from site to site. Day to day managing of projects and work will be performed on new and current clients of CCTV, Data/Tel Wiring, Alarm, and Access control systems. Requirements 3 -5 years wiring and installation experience required Pull Low Voltage wire, test and tone Proper Termination of Cat 5e, Cat 6, BNC, RG 6, and other structured cables a must, no exceptions. Ability to work in Retrofit/New Construction & Indoor/Outdoor locations Safe and Proper use of power drills and all ladders.

Certification Physical Capability:

Ability to lift and carry a 50lbs. Ability to climb a 35' Ladder. Ability to safely use a 40' scissor lift. Operate in a non-climate-controlled environment (Summer/Winter) Work inside and outside in various weather conditions

A have a clean driving record. Must drive, no exceptions Must be ready, willing, and able to dive a company van daily. Willing to drive throughout the New York tristate area.
