Cable Technicians - Reno, NV/ Fresno, CA Independent Contractor (1099) - Internet, Phone & TV Installation Pacific Tech Communications Inc. is looking for reliable and motivated Cable Technicians / Installers to perform residential installations and service work in the Reno, NV/ Fresno CA area. This position is focused on installing and servicing internet, phone, and TV services using coaxial cable and related telecommunications equipment. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not an employee position. What You'll Do Install and activate residential internet, phone, and TV services Perform new service installations, upgrades, and disconnects Troubleshoot internet, phone, and TV signal issues Complete work orders according to company specifications and quality standards Communicate with dispatch regarding job status and completed work What We Offer Competitive piece-rate pay Typical earnings of $1,500-$2,000+ per week , depending on workload and performance Weekly payments Consistent, ongoing project-based work Work available year-round Tool purchase assistance if needed Training available — experience preferred but not required Opportunity to grow with a reliable team Requirements Previous cable, telecom, internet, or low-voltage experience preferred Experience with coaxial cable installation is a plus Basic understanding of residential internet, phone, and TV systems Valid driver's license Reliable white vehicle — van, truck, or SUV preferred Own basic tools and testing equipment, or willingness to obtain them Ability to work independently and complete assigned work orders Reliable transportation and professional attitude Basic English communication skills Must be able to operate as a 1099 independent contractor No previous cable experience?
