- Duties and Responsibilities
- :•+ Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade supported equipment and applications + Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to maximize system performance and uptime + Provide professional technical support onsite, clearly communicating issues and resolutions to customers + Document service activities, system configurations, repairs, and upgrades while maintaining compliance with company standards + Install and support restaurant technology solutions, applying knowledge of front-of-house, kitchen, and back-office operations + Order and replace parts as needed to resolve equipment failures + Perform light contractor work, including drilling, mounting hardware, cabling, and equipment installation + Train employees on the proper use of supported systems and equipment + Recommend appropriate products, services, and technology solutions based on customer needs + Manage multiple service calls independently while adhering to established procedures and service expectations + Participate in evening support and on-call rotations as required •Skills and Qualifications•:•+ Experience troubleshooting and repairing laser printers and wide-format printers/plotters + Experience supporting POS systems, computer hardware, and related technologies preferred + Working knowledge of computer hardware, software applications, and basic networking concepts + Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills + Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team + Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 50 pounds + Willingness to travel between customer locations •Wage Range•: The rate for this position is between •$17.
