Duties Install, diagnose, and repair coaxial and fiber optic cables for residential and commercial customers Install and test telecommunications equipment and Ethernet switches Work with ladders, hand tools, crimpers, strippers, power tools, and test instruments (voltmeter, ohmmeter) Perform precise fiber splicing to ensure signal quality and stable network performance Make field visits for diagnostics, upgrades, and maintenance of existing infrastructure Drive company vehicles safely and follow all outdoor safety rules Provide a high level of service: explain technical solutions clearly and professionally during installs and repairs Requirements Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders regularly, and perform manual work with a crimper, stripper, power tools, and hand tools Valid driver's license and responsible experience driving a work vehicle Willingness to work outdoors in any weather and to use ladders and power tools safely We will teach the rest

Pay:

$800.00 - $2,600.00 per week
