EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

: We are seeking an experienced and professional CCTV + Access Control technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of security system installations and repairs, who will provide exceptional service to our clients. As a member in this department, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of security software and security devices (wiring, intercoms, Wi-Fi, access control, whole house AV, etc) ensuring the safety and security of residential and commercial properties. Duties Conduct inspections. Respond to emergency situations in a timely manner. Use specialized tools and equipment to diagnose issues Provide consultations on security systems and recommend appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate records of services performed and inventory Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements Experience Proven experience as / or in a similar role is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
