Friday-Sunday, 6:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m. You'll enjoy 3 days on, 4 days off.

What you'll work on Adhere to all safety and manufacturing policies to keep production consistent and incident-free. Use standard work/process instructions to ensure quality and compliance. Install devices such as disconnects, lights, panel boards, transformers, battery chargers, lighting contactors, and VFDs. Bend, route, and install EMT and Rigid conduit; install wireway and cable tray. Pull wire and large cable; cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires. Wire to spec using the NEC Manual as guidance. Pitch in with other duties as requested, directed, or assigned. Physical requirements Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally. Stand continually during shifts. Frequently climb and work from ladders. Work overhead continuously. Operate in cramped quarters as needed. Basic qualifications High school diploma or GED plus 1+ year of relevant manufacturing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant manufacturing experience. Basic command of English, written and spoken. Must-have skills Basic math competency. Experience with air, hand, and power tools. General mechanical aptitude. Accurate tape measure reading. Nice-to-haves Conduit bending using a GB Sidewinder style bender (EMT and Rigid). Background installing cable tray and wireway. Wire crimping and termination experience. Ability to read drawings/blueprints. Working understanding of electricity, circuits, and common components (panel boards, transformers, disconnects, terminal blocks, relays, lighting contactors, etc.). Introductory exposure to the NEC.
