full-time ???? Technicians Needed - Smart Hands Support | USA We are looking for experienced Smart Hands / Data Center Technicians for on-site support at the following locations: ???? Pittsburgh, PA 2515 Liberty Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15222 ????
Smart Hands experience should include:
- Rack & Stack of network/server equipment
- Equipment installation and removal
- Server, switch & router installation
- Cable installation, patching, labeling & cable management
- Power cabling and equipment connections
- Hardware swaps / break-fix support
- Console access and basic troubleshooting
- Device reboot / power cycling
- Inventory and asset verification
- Taking photos and providing detailed site reports
- Following MOP/SOW and remote engineer instructions ?
Requirements:
- Previous Smart Hands / Data Center / Field Technician experience
- Strong hands-on networking and hardware knowledge
- Ability to work independently on-site
- Professional communication and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation and required tools ?
