- Structured Cabling Technician
Location:
- Tremont, PA Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Structured Cabling Technician to support commercial low-voltage installation projects in the Tremont, PA area.
- Pull, route, and secure Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, and fiber optic cabling
- Terminate cables at patch panels, jacks, faceplates, and network equipment
- Install cable support systems including J-hooks, ladder rack, and cable tray
- Label, test, and troubleshoot structured cabling systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and cabling layouts
- Perform rack and stack installations and maintain cable organization
- Follow all site safety requirements and maintain a clean work area
- Work closely with project leads and other trades on active job sites
- Complete daily work documentation and communicate project updates as needed Qualifications
- 1+ year of structured cabling or low-voltage installation experience
- Experience pulling and terminating copper cabling
- Familiarity with patch panels, keystone jacks, and cable testing
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and in ceiling spaces
- Strong attendance, work ethic, and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- This is a Contract position based out of Tremont, PA.
- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $29.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
