What You'll Do Install, configure, and troubleshoot commercial security systems Provide responsive, respectful customer support (on-site and remote) Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure seamless service Document work with clarity and accountability Handle escalations and unexpected issues with confidence and professionalism What We're Looking For Experience in alarm/video/access/fire (5 years preferred) Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and professional Valid driver's license, clean background, and willingness to travel locally A mindset of service, collaboration, drive, integrity, honesty, and professionalism — we hire for values first
