Mandatory Licenses & Certifications:

The Opportunity You will serve as a high-level technical expert, ensuring the integrity and functionality of complex security and control systems for mission-critical facilities. How You Will Make an Impact Execute complex service and repair tasks for intrusion, fire, access control, and CCTV systems with precision. Manage daily service schedules independently to ensure strict adherence to client response times and project milestones. Diagnose and resolve real-time technical hurdles on-site to prevent system downtime or security vulnerabilities. Maintain meticulous documentation of service reports and technical specifications to ensure complete project transparency. Serve as a primary field representative, upholding company values of professional growth and personal accountability. Minimize return visits by ensuring all installations and repairs meet high-quality standards during the initial service call. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the commercial electrical or security field. Proven expertise in servicing intrusion, fire alarm, access control, and CCTV hardware and software. Demonstrated ability to interpret detailed project drawings, technical specifications, and wiring schematics. Valid Ohio Fire Alarm License and a clean driving record for site-to-site travel. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Completion of a formal electrical apprenticeship or advanced technical training in security systems. Previous experience managing field logistics and client communications independently. Advanced knowledge of specialized industrial control systems and federal security protocols.
