Austin, TX Area Full-Time $23-$28/hr DOE We're seeking experienced Cable & Chassis Assembly Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience building cable harnesses, wiring chassis, and performing precision electro-mechanical assembly in a production environment. What You'll Do Assemble cable harnesses, wiring assemblies, and electronic chassis components Read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions Perform hand soldering of wires, connectors, terminals, and electronic components Route, terminate, label, and secure wiring according to specifications Perform electro-mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards Troubleshoot and resolve assembly discrepancies as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area Qualifications 2+ years of experience with cable assembly, wire harness assembly, chassis wiring, or electro-mechanical assembly Proficient soldering skills and ability to produce clean, reliable connections Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical work instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment Compensation & Benefits $23-$28/hr , depending on experience Full-time opportunity Stable schedule with a growing and established manufacturer Opportunity for long-term career growth Why Apply?
