We are hiring Level 2 Technicians — techs who already know the trade, can be trusted alone on a small job, and are ready to start running people.

What you will do:

run small jobs solo from rough-in through closeout, and lead 2-3 Level 1 technicians on larger sites — setting the day's work, checking their terminations and device mounting, and keeping the crew productive. Install, terminate, and test low voltage systems (Cat6, fiber, security, AV).

Deploy and configure IP video:

camera placement, addressing, recorder setup, and verification. Complete basic programming independently and handle basic system configuration with guidance from a senior tech. Document as-builts, test results, and punch items, and report daily progress to the lead field technician.

What we need:

2+ years of low voltage, security, or AV field experience and working knowledge of the systems we install. Comfortable reading plans and device schedules. Able to lift 50 lbs, work on ladders and lifts, and travel to job sites across Central Texas. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Able to pass the background checks required for school district work. OSHA 10 and manufacturer certifications are a plus — we will pay for what you still need.
