Cabling Technician

## Overview We are seeking a skilled Cable Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in telecommunication systems, computer networking, and field service. If you have a passion for technology and enjoy hands-on work, we want to hear from you. ## Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair cable systems and equipment
• Perform fiber splicing and termination
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers
• Test network connections using a voltmeter and other diagnostic tools
• Ensure proper installation of Ethernet cables and connections
• Utilize low voltage wiring for various systems
• Use hand tools for cable management and installation tasks ## Skills
• Proficiency in telecommunication systems and computer networking
• Experience with fiber splicing techniques
• Knowledge of field service operations
• Familiarity with Ethernet standards and configurations
• Ability to work with low voltage systems
• Competency in using a voltmeter for testing purposes
• Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment installation and maintenance
