Job Description

Install and service copper and fiber optic cabling systems, including Category 3, Category 5, Cat5e, Category 6, and fiber optic structured cabling systems. Evaluate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair cabling infrastructure systems. Perform upgrades and additions to existing cabling infrastructure. Install and remove cabinets, racks, cable tray systems, and related communications infrastructure. Coordinate with operations teams to complete projects and service requests efficiently. Maintain accurate work documentation, time reporting, material usage records, and project status updates. Request and manage equipment and supplies required for project completion. Support emergency service requests and after-hours work as needed to meet customer SLAs. Transport tools, materials, and equipment to customer locations. Participate in meetings, workshops, training, and safety programs. Achieve performance metrics and KPIs established by leadership. Perform other duties as assigned.
