We work nationwide with integrators to support the installation of access control and door hardware systems—and we're looking for someone who can operate independently, think critically in the field, and get the job done right. If you have strong low-voltage experience and know your way around electrified door hardware, this is a great opportunity to join a growing, specialized team. What You'll Do Install and service access control hardware (maglocks, electric strikes, readers, request-to-exit devices, etc.) Work with and troubleshoot electrified door hardware in real-world field conditions Perform low-voltage wiring, connections, and device installation Read and interpret job specs, wiring diagrams, and scopes of work Complete installations independently and ensure jobs are done cleanly and correctly Travel to job sites throughout the greater DFW area Maintain accurate job documentation and communication with project teams Ensure a high level of professionalism and quality on every job site What We're Look For Proven experience with access control hardware installations Strong low-voltage wiring experience Solid understanding of electrified door hardware and how it integrates with access systems Ability to work independently and manage jobs without constant oversight Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting skills Willingness to travel locally across DFW as needed Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record Must pass background check and drug screening Strong communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members effectively while providing exceptional service.
