Qualified Candidates! Must have a truck van or SUV We have a full-time need for a Structured Cabling Technician , you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting services in Multiple Dwelling Units (MDUs) and Single-Family Units (SFUs). Your expertise will ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction, contributing to our mission of providing reliable telecommunications solutions. What You'll Do Install, test, and configure telecommunication equipment and services in MDUs and SFUs. Perform regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot service issues as they arise. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Educate customers on service features, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to internet, phone, and cable services. Work with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex problems. Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and customer interactions. Update network documentation and diagrams as necessary. Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations while performing installations and repairs. Ensure proper handling of equipment and materials. What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in telecommunications or related field is a plus. Previous experience as a technician in telecommunications, cable, or a related field preferred. Familiarity with networking concepts, signal flow, and equipment installation. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
