1099 contractor. Full-time job. Responsibilities Install, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair telecommunications hardware and equipment. Install and maintain fiber optic cables, connectivity equipment, and related telecommunications infrastructure. Perform installation and service work on cell towers, wireless communication systems, and remote connectivity equipment. Use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and specialized telecommunications equipment safely and effectively. Diagnose equipment, connectivity, and network issues and perform repairs or replacements as needed. Accurately complete work orders, job documentation, photographs, and reporting systems. Follow all safety procedures, OSHA requirements, and telecommunications industry standards at all times. Requirements Your
OWN WHITE COLOR VAN, MINIVAN, OR PICKUP TRUCK.
Previous telecommunications, fiber optic, cable, wireless, or network installation experience. (Preferred, not mandatory) Active Driver's License and valid SSN. iPhone/iPad for using the app to receive orders and complete job documentation. Conversational English. Ability to pass a drug test and background check. Ability to work outdoors and at different job sites in various weather conditions. Ability to carry ladders, tools, cables, and other telecommunications equipment. Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently in the field. Schedule Full-time job. Pay and Benefits 1099 contractor position (no taxes deducted).
Rates:
30$/h start (32$/h
  • after 3 months | 34$/h
  • after 6 months | 35$/h
  • after 1 year).
