$30-35/hr DOE About the Role We're seeking 2-3 experienced structured cabling technicians for an upcoming commercial project in Marysville. We're especially interested in candidates with strong low-voltage cabling backgrounds, and at least one lead-level technician who can read plans, direct work, and operate independently. Responsibilities CAT6 cable pulling and dressing J-hook and telecommunications cable-support installation Rack and patch-panel build-out CAT6 termination Wireless access point (WAP) cabling Labeling per project standards Testing and certification

Note:

Electrical conduit and pathway installation will be handled by others — this scope is structured cabling only. Requirements Proven experience in structured/low-voltage cabling Ability to pull, dress, terminate, and test CAT6 to industry standards Reliable transportation to and from the Marysville jobsite Own standard hand tools and personal protective equipment (PPE) Ability to work on-site for the project duration Lead Technician (preferred for at least one hire) Able to read and interpret construction plans and cabling drawings Comfortable working independently and coordinating a small crew Experience with testing/certification equipment and documentation Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with commercial cabling installations Familiarity with BICSI standards and best practices Certification tester experience (Fluke or similar) TruFit Staffing is an equal opportunity employer and does not unlawfully discriminate based on race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other basis prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
