Duties:

Conduct field inspections to ensure compliance with construction plans, specifications, and applicable codes and regulations Collect data and document findings during inspections Review construction documents, including blueprints and schematics, to verify accuracy and adherence to project requirements Collaborate with construction management teams to address any issues or concerns identified during inspections File all inspection paperwork. Conduct repairs and diagnose issues for repairs.

Experience:

Strong knowledge of construction practices, codes, and regulations is a plus Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics is a plus Experience conducting quality inspections and ensuring compliance with project specifications Ability to analyze and interpret data collected during inspections Familiarity with contract documents and the ability to assess compliance with contractual obligations

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues or discrepancies Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and make decisions based on inspection findings Proficient in using technology for data collection and reporting purposes
