This position is responsible for on-site installation of voice, data, fiber optic cable systems, security, CCTV and paging. We are looking for a level 1 or level 2 technician, based on experience. Tech I
  • $21•23 per hour, based on experience Tech II•$24•26 per hour, based on experience Job Responsibilities • Identify and prepare pathways and supports for new cabling system installation • Pull copper, coaxial and fiber optic cable in backbone, horizontal and riser environment • Terminate various brands of voice and data jacks • Terminate data cables on patch panels along with proper dressing techniques • Punch down or cross-connect voice cables on 66 or 110 blocks • Terminate high count feeder cables for voice riser applications • Build racks and mount rack equipment•Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable•Experience in the voice/data industry preferred•High School Diploma or equivalent is required
