Holtger Bros., Inc. is hiring an Aerial Technician to install and maintain overhead fiber cable systems. If you enjoy hands-on work, working outdoors, traveling, and being part of a skilled team, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Install and maintain overhead cable systems Operate bucket trucks and climb poles using approved climbing equipment Install trunk cable, strand, and lashing Read CATV and Fiber prints Hand-dig around utilities when needed Feed cable, install pedestals, drive ground rods, and support job site operations Assist underground crews when aerial work is limited

Qualifications:

Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license (must meet insurance requirements) CDL Class A or willingness to obtain preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and on a team
