Job Description We are seeking an ISP Cabling Technician to support large-scale infrastructure builds within data center environments. This role focuses on routing, pulling, and organizing fiber cabling while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and cable management. Technicians will work hands-on installing and dressing fiber cables, including trunk and pigtail connections, while following diagrams and engineered drawings. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive, precision-based work such as detailed cable dressing and pathway organization. Candidates should be comfortable in physically demanding environments, pulling cable across long distances and working in overhead or tight spaces. The ideal individual enjoys hands-on work, can stay engaged in meticulous tasks, and takes pride in clean, organized installations.   • Hands-on experience with cable routing, pulling, or low-voltage/fiber installations
  • Basic understanding of fiber cabling components (trunk, pigtail, patching, etc.)
  • Ability to read and interpret diagrams, prints, or cable layouts
  • Strong attention to detail, especially with cable organization and dressing
  • Willingness to perform repetitive, meticulous tasks without losing focus
  • Ability to work on a team and follow structured processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience specifically in ISP/data center environments
  • Familiarity with fiber counts, testing, or labeling standards
  • Prior work with cable dressing, rack buildouts, or structured cabling installs
  • Experience with fiber testing tools (Fluke, OTDR, etc.)
  • Certifications such as BICSI or OSHA
  • Experience working on large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects
