Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing diesel engines and vehicles. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance on diesel engines, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with diesel engines, such as faulty fuel systems or engine components
  • Conduct inspections of diesel vehicles to identify any potential problems or safety concerns
  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and diagnose complex engine issues
  • Repair or replace damaged or worn-out parts on diesel engines and vehicles
  • Perform alignments, shocks, struts, and other suspension-related repairs
  • Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks, such as tire rotations and brake inspections
  • Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed for repairs or maintenance
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on diesel engines and vehicles
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Diesel Mechanic or in a similar role preferred
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of diesel engines
  • Proficiency in brake systems and other vehicle systems
  • Ability to diagnose and repair complex engine and emission issues
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
