About the Opportunity Long-Lewis Auto Group is seeking Certified Diesel Technicians to join our award-winning team. As one of the largest and most respected auto groups in Alabama, we're a high-volume, high-production dealership with consistent workflow. Job Description As a Certified Diesel Technician, you will: Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel vehicles according to manufacturer specifications. Perform routine services and complex repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and more. Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members. Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately to meet customer satisfaction and safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications ASE Certification or equivalent manufacturer training preferred. 2+ years of hands-on experience working with diesel engines. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Must own standard tools for the trade (specialty tools provided). Benefits $60-70 dollars hourly
