Responsibilities Perform diagnostics and repairs on agricultural equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot mechanical issues. Conduct routine maintenance on vehicles and heavy machinery, including transmissions, hydraulics, and air brakes. Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed, adhering to organizational standards. Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices to improve technical skills. Summary As an Ag Equipment Diesel Technician, you will be essential in maintaining and repairing a variety of agricultural machinery and heavy equipment. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will utilize your core skills in diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment. Additionally, your organizational skills and customer service experience will contribute to a seamless operation, ensuring client satisfaction and equipment reliability in a fast-paced agricultural environment.
