Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for performing the highest quality of vehicle repair and maintenance in accordance with dealer and factory standards, with a focus on customer service and satisfaction. Candidates should have hands-on experience in automotive repair. Detail oriented, dependable, motivated and professional. Qualifications 1+ years of Service Technician experience 1+ years of Diesel Service Technician experience Prior dealership experience a plus Ford training preferred CDK knowledge preferred ASE Certification preferred B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair preferred Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve Enjoy working in a dynamic environment Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record Insurance requires drivers to be age 21 or older.
