Truck & Trailer Mechanic TJ's Fab & Mobile Repair - West Memphis, Arkansas TJ's Fab & Mobile Repair is looking for an experienced Diesel / Heavy Truck & Trailer Mechanic to join our team in West Memphis, AR. We are an independent, family-owned repair shop working on a wide variety of commercial trucks and trailers. We're looking for someone who knows how to diagnose problems, make quality repairs, and take pride in getting equipment back on the road. What You'll Be Working On Our work includes:

• Class 7 & 8 trucks
• Diesel engines and related systems
• Air brake systems
• ABS and electrical diagnostics
• Suspension and steering
• Wheel ends, hubs, seals and bearings
• Cooling systems
• Air systems and compressors
• Preventive maintenance and DOT inspections
• Truck and trailer electrical repairs
• Trailer repair
• Petroleum tanker repair and maintenance
• General fabrication and mechanical repair What We're Looking For The ideal candidate:
• Has previous heavy truck, diesel or trailer repair experience
• Is comfortable diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems
• Understands air brake and air system operation
• Can work independently without constant supervision
• Takes pride in doing repairs correctly
• Shows up consistently and on time
• Keeps a reasonably organized work area
• Works well with the rest of the shop
• Has their own basic hand tools
• Is willing to learn areas they may not already know Experience with Kenworth, Peterbilt, Freightliner, Mack, Volvo, Cummins, Detroit, PACCAR and commercial trailers is a plus.

Petroleum tanker experience is a big plus , but we are willing to train the right mechanic in tanker-specific repairs. Pay Pay depends on experience and ability. We are willing to pay accordingly for a mechanic who can diagnose problems, work efficiently and produce quality work. Why Work With Us?
