Day to Day As a valued member of our maintenance team, you'll play a key role in keeping our fleet running at its best.
Your day will include:
Performing preventative maintenance (oil changes, fluid checks, inspections) Diagnosing and repairing engines, brakes, electrical systems, and refrigeration units Working on a variety of equipment-from tractors and trailers to advanced reefer units Conducting inspections and maintaining accurate repair records Contributing to a clean, safe, and team-focused shop environment Equipment You'll Work On You'll gain hands-on experience with top industry equipment:
Trucks:
Freightliner, Kenworth, Ottawa, Autocar Trailers:
Wabash, Great Dane, Utility Reefer Units:
Thermo King, Carrier What We're Looking For 3-5 years of experience performing truck/trailer repairs Familiarity with engine diagnostic software Ability to perform maintenance and diagnostic testing Commitment to safety and quality work Basic hand tools (we provide specialty and large equipment) Why Join Crete Carrier?
