In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth through relationship management, client communication, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in marketing, business development management, and proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's expansion and build lasting client partnerships. Duties Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities Manage client communication to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships Collaborate effectively across various departments to align business development strategies with company objectives Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential clients and promote services Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage client information, and analyze sales data for strategic decision-making Lead business development initiatives, including market research, proposal development, and negotiations Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth Prepare reports on business development activities and progress toward targets Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a focus on relationship management Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and internal collaboration Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience working with CRM systems for managing customer data and sales pipelines Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies relevant to business growth Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and strategic thinking abilities
