The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. Greet customers warmly and assist them with their service needs which could be PM Services / Oil Changes. Knowledge to sell tires/ change tires, tire repairs, wheel seals and brakes. knowledge of light Electrical Repairs and how to repair them. knowledge to repair wheel seals and brakes and possibly U-joints. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Knowledge of the computer to process the orders. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, ensuring a resolution that maintains customer loyalty. Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support as needed. Utilize effective phone etiquette when answering calls or responding to customer inquiries. Skills Proficient in the knowledge of parts needed to make the repairs. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Experience in retail sales is preferred but not required. abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Supervisory skills to assist in managing team dynamics when needed. Excellent phone etiquette for professional interactions over the phone. Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a focus on customer service excellence.
