Job Description
Thermo King West is hiring a Reefer Diesel Technician to diagnose and repair Thermo King and Carrier refrigeration units in our Tolleson shop. Steady, year-round work — no seasonal layoffs. Pay & Perks $39-$44/hr, DOE $2,000 sign-on bonus Weekly pay + productivity bonus Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, tuition reimbursement What You'll Do Diagnose and repair truck refrigeration (reefer) units — Thermo King & Carrier Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues Complete accurate service documentation Work independently in a fast-paced shop What You Need 2+ years reefer or truck refrigeration experience Thermo King and/or Carrier experience Strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills English required
