The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in maintaining and repairing tractors and reefer trailers. This role requires commitment to quality workmanship. We have some equipment tools available but having your own would be helpful. We will provide a shed to store them so they're locked and safe overnight. Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on Freightliner trucks and ThermoKing Reefer Trailers
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Utilize hydraulics knowledge to troubleshoot and fix hydraulic systems
  • Maintain accurate records or repairs, maintenance, and parts used in compliance with OEM standards
  • Communicate effectively with managment regarding repair needs Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience maintaining/servicing tractor-trailers
  • Must be able to lift 75lbs
  • Mid-level diagnostic ability
  • Ability to do repairs of major components such as axles, engines, and transmissions
  • Engine certification is a plus
  • Ability to understand instructions, written and verbal
  • Possess a clean and valid driver's license
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills
Pay:
$30.00
  • $35.
