Industrial Mechanic (Pumps, Diesel Engines, and Motors) Federal Signal - 3.4 Aurora, CO Job Details Full-time $25 - $31 an hour 15 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance 401(k) matching Opportunities for advancement Qualifications High school diploma or GED Industrial pump maintenance and repair Full Job Description Responsibilities Provide technical support in person or over the phone to educate potential customers on the safe use and features of waterblast equipment Generate work order to perform routine scheduled maintenance on equipment and complete necessary documentation that work is completed Perform assembly and/or repair services, at customer facility or job site as requested Inspect and diagnose customer and company owned equipment, and perform necessary repairs for equipment to be fully operational Assign necessary parts to appropriate work orders, maintain sufficient inventory levels, reorder parts/supplies as needed and perform cycle counts to reconcile variances, as required Perform Check in and Check out processes of all Rental Equipment, document any necessary repairs or damage and notify appropriate individuals of charges for repairs As needed, safely load and unload waterblast equipment from transport trailers As requested, transport/tow waterblast equipment to and from customer job site Demonstrate equipment to potential customers, as requested Perform basic user training for operators/customers Assist Operations Manager in creating rental equipment contract using established process Respond to after-hours customer inquiries, repair request or provide technical support. Follow all procedures and processes in accordance to assembly of part/unit to build a defect-free product. Complete required in-process inspection, repair any defects found and document critical quality information as necessary Actively participate in continuous improvement of our products and processes to better serve our customers and improve the overall profitability of Jetstream Maintain a neat and orderly work area complying with all 5S initiatives and advise Production Supervisor of any maintenance problems that may need to be resolved. Follow and comply with all safety and personal protective equipment requirements. Must be willing and able to travel up to 10% Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum two (2) years of maintenance experience including but not limited to, industrial equipment such as pumps and motors are required.
