$100,000+ annually Introduction We are seeking an experienced Light Duty Diesel Technician in Kiowa, CO. This is an A-Level or strong B-Level opportunity paying $45-$55 per flagged hour with $100,000+ annual earning potential based on productivity. You'll work Monday-Friday in an established, family-owned repair environment that values quality work, training, and long-term professional growth. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced automotive diagnostics. Diagnose electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns. Diagnose and repair light-duty diesel vehicles. Complete general automotive maintenance and repairs. Handle vehicles from initial diagnosis through completed repair. Accurately identify needed parts and repairs. Maintain strong productivity and quality workmanship. Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe. Qualifications Strong professional automotive repair background. A-Level or strong B-Level technical ability. Light-duty diesel repair experience is required. Strong electrical, drivability, and mechanical diagnostic skills. Ability to diagnose and complete repairs independently. Proven record of quality workmanship and productivity. Compensation & Benefits $45-$55 per flagged hour.
