Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on various types of vehicles and equipment. This is a hands-on position that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.

Duties:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on heavy duty tractors and ttrailers
• Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues or malfunctions
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and make necessary repairs or replacements
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems as needed
• Fabricate and weld components when necessary
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Mechanic in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of diesel repair techniques and procedures
• Familiarity with industrial equipment maintenance and repair
• Experience working with trucks and trailers is a required
• Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical systems
• Ability to fabricate and weld components as needed

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
