If you are interested in working on all kinds of equipment - small engines, vehicles, bulldozers, excavators, heavy equipment, hydraulic rock drills - this is your place. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment including hydraulic rock drills Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and safety checks Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Work independently to manage daily tasks and workflow Communicate clearly with customers and team members Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in diesel/equipment repair Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Commitment to high‑quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Preferred Experience (a plus) Heavy equipment repair Hydraulic system troubleshooting and repair Welding or fabrication experience What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $30-$60/hour , based on experience Health Insurance available Vacation time accrued based on tenure Opportunity to work with a respected, customer‑focused local business Supportive environment that values skill, independence, and professionalism
