HVAC/A/C
systems on heavy-duty diesel trucks, vocational vehicles, or heavy equipment. Strong knowledge of diesel HVAC systems and refrigeration components. Experience using manifold gauges, refrigerant recovery machines, and electronic leak detectors. Ability to diagnose electrical issues involving wiring, sensors, relays, switches, and control modules. Ability to read wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and factory service manuals. Experience using diagnostic software and scan tools. Basic computer skills. Knowledge of tools and equipment used in heavy-duty fleet maintenance. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Preferred Qualifications EPA Refrigerant Certification Previous fleet maintenance experience Experience working on refuse trucks, heavy-duty diesel vehicles, construction equipment, or vocational trucks Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to: Push or pull up to 50 pounds on wheels. Lift up to 40 pounds from floor to waist without assistance. Lift up to 25 pounds from floor to shoulder height and overhead. Frequently bend, kneel, crouch, reach, twist, climb, and work in various positions throughout the shift. Work both indoors and outdoors, including occasional road calls and exposure to changing weather conditions.Special Considerations/Physical Work Requirements:
