This 1st shift role offers a well-supported shop environment, dependable overtime, and steady year-round work with no seasonal slowdowns. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and aftertreatment components (DEF/DPF) Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and general fleet repairs Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Follow all company safety procedures and shop standards Qualifications 3+ years of diesel mechanic experience with trucks and/or heavy equipment Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair abilities Allison transmission experience required Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and aftertreatment systems preferred Must have basic hand tools Compensation & Benefits $25
