Be the expert who ensures every truck and piece of heavy equipment leaves the shop ready to perform. Your impact Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic issues using advanced diagnostic software and tooling. Restore uptime by repairing chassis systems: steering, suspension, braking, and related powertrain components. Keep fleets compliant by servicing emissions systems with emphasis on EGR coolers and valves. Build capability into trucks by installing and troubleshooting PTO gearboxes and integrated hydraulic systems (pumps, cylinders, valves, winches). Eliminate electrical gremlins by interpreting schematics and repairing complex 12V/24V circuits, harnesses, starting/charging systems, and control modules. What sets you up for success Valid driver's license; CDL preferred. Proven background as a Diesel Mechanic on Class 6, 7, or 8 heavy trucks. Strong mechanical aptitude with a disciplined approach to shop safety and compliance. Vocational/technical school grads and military veterans with specialized mechanical training are highly encouraged to apply.
