• The focus of this role will be on the reefer units
• In this hands
• on role, you'll work alongside experienced technicians to inspect, maintain, and repair reefer units while building your skills through structured training and certifications\.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Perform preventative maintenance \(PMs\), inspections, and minor repairs with supervision + Complete detailed work orders \(Complaint, Cause, Correction\) + Support senior technicians and assist with shop projects + Follow company and manufacturer maintenance standards

• Qualifications
• + EPA 608/609 Certification preferred + Basic mechanical skills or strong aptitude to learn + Knowledge of vehicle systems or truck components is a plus + Strong communication and teamwork skills + High attention to detail and quality work
